Organic Mix Quinoa is a delicious mix of red, black and white quinoa that can be used in a variety of dishes. Basic Cooking Instruction:
Prepare quinoa like rice. Cover it with water or vegetable broth and boil until soft, about 15 minutes. 1 cup quinoa with 1 1/2 cups cold water plus 1/4 tsp salt (optional) in your rice cooker. Season with a bit of olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice when cooked.
