Our miso is traditionally fermented for at least 6-month that make it possess such rich flavor for many usages such as making miso ramen, stew, soup pot, seasoning, dressing, pickled salad, seafood dip sauce, meat barbecue, etc.
Ingredients : Organic soy bean (Non GMO), Organic brown rice, Kelp, Sea salt
Cooking method :
Pour 1L of water to the pot and boil.
Add tofu, kelp and other material.
Add the right amount of miso.
Lastly put some celery or scallion and, enjoy your delicious miso soup.
