1) Is free shipping offered?

Free shipping for West Malaysia if purchase RM100 and above/ East Malaysia if purchase RM100 and above.

2) How long it takes for parcel to arrive after payment made?

Parcel will be shipped out once the payment is confirmed. It is expected to arrive in 2-5 working days for West Malaysia while East Malaysia may take 4-7 working days.

3) Product can be returned if there is defect?

After receiving the parcel, please check properly and contact our customer service hotline +60 11 1623 5119 or 1-800-22-9393 immediately if there is defect/ damage. We will arrange for exchange according to the situation.

4) Can I refund if I’m not satisfied with the product?

No, goods sold are non-refundable, unless with faulty or quality issue.

5) What are your payment options?

We accept VISA and MASTER credit card online payment, FPX and e-Wallets powered by iPay88.

6) Can I change the recipient address after placing order?

Yes, as long as before we ship the parcel.

7) What should I do if the parcel is returned without recipient?

Please contact our customer service hotline +60 13 937 9093 or 1-800-22-9393 as soon as possible. After the postage fee is paid, the parcel will be shipped again.
